OK, so with the new HC levelling changes, I was able to finally get some decent-level HC's created. I now have all AOE3&TWC HC's at Level 40. TAD's start at 20.
So, for AOE3 & TWC, what are some "MUST HAVE" cards to put in the deck of each civ? The only 2 civs that I don't have 39 cards waiting to be picked are Dutch and Ports, as I levelled those 2 civs up. The rest are all brand-new level 40 civs with cards to pick.
I want to play more civs, to hopefully expand my enjoyment of the game.
"MUST HAVE" cards for each civ.

thats a lot to answer all at once...
I'd say, look at my decks
or tell us which civ you're gonna try first

Hmm, this is a tall order. I'll answer this in full to the best of my ability later.
