Age 1

1. Collect all food crates then wood crates
2 .queue up max villagers as you can
3. Make 3 manor houses , you might be 5 wood short but collect it .
4. Ship 3 villagers and non stop villagers making until you have 800 food should age up with around 18 villagers.
5. When you have 800 food age up with ‘the governor’ (tower and 200 gold) and put 5 villagers onto wood . and make manors when you can
6. queue up some villagers

Age 2

1. collect all gold crates
2. make the tower were you want it . I use it as a FB and to send my shipments to (black watch and 3 jager)
3. ship 700 gold .
4. age up with ‘The admiral of the ocean sea’(400 wood and a boat)
5. Ship ‘the glorious revolution ‘ ( provides your church with unique improvements )
6. move some villagers from food onto gold . I did 5 villagers on food and 13 on gold .
7. queue up villagers and make a church .

age 3

1.collect the wood crates and make 2 trade posts
2. send ‘the black watch’ from the church for 1000 food .
3.at the church select ‘mercantilism’ gives 2000 experience points for 1500 gold .
4.ship ‘ mercenary loyalty’ mercenaries are cheaper.
5. ship 1000 gold . and move 4 villagers onto gold .
6.collect the gold crates and send these cards (when got the gold) ‘hire Hessian jaeger division’ , ‘ hire Hessian jaeger’ or ‘ hire Scottish highlanders ‘

When gotten all the shipments make the rest of your manors while you attack with 17 black watch and 23 jaeger .

Nice, but slow. With such a late age 2 time and 3/4 age 3 shipments you will not be attacking before 15 minutes in fortress.

As say a Dutch player I could have 5 falcs with a large skirm/halberd meatshield already in your base.

Maybe worth it in say a 20 min treaty game.

in the recorded game i was attacking at 13:10 with the army ;

how ever the skim/cannon would own me =( .could work in a team game tho

I agree with what ruminator said. One thing to add though, the difficulty lvl is sandbox... Is it possible you could do one vs a hard or expert AI? It would give a bit more realistic image of the effectiveness of the attack I think.

For any strat to be a bit good, its has to wipe the floor with expert PC.

Yes, it's a long time to have no military. I did a quick test and in the same time, same map, no treasures, I managed 22 cherokee riflemen + 8 blackwatch + 2 cannon + 5 rockets.
Although, I remember a test I did on texas where I managed 8 blackwatch + 10 musketeers + 3 rockets + 2 falcs in 10 mins 40 secs.

Well, guys, getting the most guys by a certain point in time doesn't really do anything... just wing it. Never do a set strategy (much less a slow one) and stick to it. Just react to what your opponent does and try to outsmart and outmaneuver him. As usual, micro also helps a lot.

lol, I would take nav's advice, I did an Otto FI vs a brit who went for an enormous colonial boom, my 14 spahi, 20 imperial hussar (revolution) and big bombards whipped his 100 longbowman, hussar and pikes.

He was PR 25 I think and it was a rated game. He probably thought I was going to do some jannie rush. He tried to pressure me, but I got my spahi out and they clubbed his 25 first lb, he went defensive after that.

IMO naked FFs shouldn't be done anymore
It sounds a lot like the BWKiC to me, and I think you should maybe try a bit more of a semi-FF, get a rax up and get some musks or lbows out and then do the FF.
