Just add people as you see them online / play them in games.
Go to the clan list and sort it by "online most recently" and just add the people at the top of the list.
Also, make sure to add all of the officers.

To get acquainted:
1. Add the officers and any members you play with often.
2. Post on the forums a reasonable amount.
3. Get Skype or Teamspeak and ask Strokey about how to set that up.
4. Do taunt 16.
5. Give me 20 bucks.
Once you do those five things, you're set!
