Going to be gone for awhile

Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you guys know why I have not been online and that things are going to be more hectic for awhile. I am not quitting, but I will be taking an extended brake.

My computer is currently crapping out but that is not the main reason, I will get it back up the first day I have time. The main reason is the kids, work, karate, kids’ hobbies, and the fact I am currently in the market for a new home. I found one and may be moving in the near future. They have not accepted yet so I do not want to hold my breath.

In addition to this, my wife recently started selling Mary Kay cosmetics and I have been helping with the math / organization. At first I was just doing it to use as a tax brake since I can basically rent office space to myself and save money but she has been doing very well. If any of you guys need a present for the wife / girlfriend, I’ll make sure you get a discount.

Anyhow, I’m not dead, just very busy. I do plan to come back and will be arguing politics on the forums, but it’s going to be awhile. I’d appreciate keeping the officer status but if for some reason that is not a good idea by a decision from the group, I understand.

Hey, we're expecting the updated Quick Reference guide for the new TAD! You need to take care of that before you take any breaks...

Has your wife ever tried selling Princess House ? My wife did, they have some high quality crystal kitchen ware etc. that may interest your wife.

What amazes me Cyclo, is that you play one night per month and can can still beat captains. GL w/ the house, kids, etc.

I do plan to do that, it just may be a little late. I’ve been making other spreadsheets to help keep the wife organized.

Nope, never tried that. She currently has a good group of people to help and all of her sales are not family based. Most people that get into sales contact all their friends and family first and then basically quit. Her parents were in sales and I used to be as well so I understand what is involved. Sales people get a bad reputation because of telemarketers and the like. There is nothing wrong with supplying a product to willing customers. I must admit I was surprised how many women actually enjoy that kind of crap.

It’s good for her, to be away from the house. She’s trapped with me and two very active boys and no women company. You know, messes, dirt, loud noises, violent video games, flatulence, just doesn’t bother us as much…

This gives her a way to make money and talk to other women at the same time. It also gives me a reason to buy a high end computer to replace the one she is always on now that just happens to be tax deductible.

Anyhow, I’m not disappearing and once I get this machine built, will be back off and on so you guys can do some noob bashing on me with the new patch. By the way, just posted a thread in the tech help section. I’m looking for advice on this new machine.
