GR.org Mentor / Mentee Program
Gamereplays is starting up their Mentor / Mentee program again.
You have to be at least PR 23 to mentor somebody. The person you mentor will always be 7 PR below you.
I think this would be a great opportunity for many of our players to both help other people improve as well as improve themselves.
Obviously there's already mentoring / mentee"ing" going on in the clan as is, but I think this is a great idea and something that boosts the community.
Even people like Harley and Drew might possible get somebody to mentor them as there are a few people in the high 30's who are participating.
Check it out on the GameReplays forum at GameReplays.org/aoe3/portal.htm

Cool! I'll check it out. If I can't get a mentor, I'll help tutor someone.
Groovy.
Re: GR.org Mentor / Mentee Program
I was actually a mentee in the last one they hosted and Myx_Tragedy ( I believe the spellings wrong ) was my mentor. It really was a disappointment since I got next to no help since my mentor was always too busy.

Re: GR.org Mentor / Mentee Program
Eh, I'm sure if there are a couple people in the 38-39 range they wouldn't mind mentoring you, Nav. I mean, in all honesty I think the difference between a person at PR 32 and PR 38 is HUGE even though it's not a 7 PR difference -- I would argue it's a bigger difference in skill than say between PR 10 and PR 17 or PR 20 and PR 27.
You get what I mean.
But who knows, see what happens. Worst case scenario you just get to mentor a person or two. Like somebody else said, this might be a good way to get new active members who are interested in improving.

Re: GR.org Mentor / Mentee Program
Nav is being mentored by Vaivaiskoivou! He's really good I think.
I'm going to be mentored by Waytearp.
I have a couple mentees of my own and so does Nav.
Did anybody else sign up?

Re: GR.org Mentor / Mentee Program
I thought about signing up, but I would have wanted to pick my mentor and that wasn't the deal.
