I'm on a bad streak. I can't beat Japan. Some1 please help.

lots of things went wrong in this game. Many small things, but they emplify each other

don't waste time herding too much early on, you don't need it and it slows you down (which is important when doing 10/10)

send that 1 vil earlier to build the wonder (time saving again)

redistribute your eco better, you had coin for 1 sepoy ...

you invested a lot in market & eco up, which slows your early military production a lot, 10/10 is about being fast & aggressive

use your explorers better, pick the good treasures (you didnt pick a small wood treasure which is really good for india) and use em with your military. If you had scouted before sending your sepoys in, you would have spotted his yumi's without losing any sepoys, giving you time to react (sowars)

your deck isn't fit for this strat. It needs some rework.

Even on water maps where I go for agra 10/10 do I still use a water deck?

you can have a water version, np, but you do need more age II cards
I'm not very familiar with india, but I'm sure there's plenty of choices to fill the 10 slots
300 export and the native mercs seem to be a must have
