To download the EU client, I have to change the file name for my SCII file right? Which one do I change, the one in "Documents" or the one in "Program Files (x86)"?

Re: N3O Clan StarCraft II Tournament #1
Where is the link for the download? This one (https://eu.battle.net/account/download/index.xml) only gives me the option for the NA download when I log in.
Also, how do i create a backup of my SCII Documents folder (that is the same as saving right?) Sorry, I'm bad with computers.
