Sports: The Worst Year Ever
Economy hitting you? Think you are having it rough? That's nothing compared to
A SEATTLE SPORTS FAN.
Read all about it at http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/eticket/ ... eattle2008
Now I feel that the Bay Area(SF) is doing better. At least there is still Cal Football

Or you could be a Coventry City fan or, God forbid, a Nottingham Forest fan.

What about Western Province / Stormers? They failed to make into Absa Cup semi final despite being one of the strongest team. I just hope that Stormers will do better next year.

Greendude - at least you aren't a Detroit Fan. They won't win a game this year.

Re: Sports: The Worst Year Ever
Seattle sports fans have NOTHING on Cleveland sports fans. You might have had a bad year, but try this:
Browns - last Super Bowl....never, last NFL Championship 1964
Indians - last World Series Championship 1948
Cavaliers - last NBA Championship....hahahahahaha
And Seattle fans, don't cry to me about losing the Sonics. The Browns moved out of town, and haven't REALLY been back yet.

That's because Cleveland isn't on the schedule. The Browns haven't scored an offensive touchdown in their last 5 games. They're starting Bruce Gradkowski (I love the guy, played QB for my alma mater, but this is asking too much) on Sunday against the Steelers. He's only been on the team for 3 weeks!!!!
Gonna be a slaughter. Hide the women & children from this one. Not that it can be any worse than getting SHUT OUT AT HOME BY THE BENGALS!!! Playing on the road against a pissed off Steelers team is no way to spend a holiday weekend.

Re: Sports: The Worst Year Ever
worst year for sport err no not really im a manchester united fan so the last year has been one of the best for me (apart from the newcastle draw at the start of season and the liverpool defeat that was like a knife in my heart)
