Well guys as the title says, I'm done with it..I'm seriously starting to think it has something to do with Vista, therefor I'm going back to XP..(i was getting used to the nice visual
)
Or Would anyone advise me to just make one big partition and have both OS's installed?

I use Vista and don't have problems 80% of the time. Try your ports on your router...

It has to do with your internet connection. I have a lot of fail to join issues when I use the wireless connection due to the weird router.

Try using a different internet connection if you have one available.

Do any of you use VPN?
I had a problem with Failed to Join because I use Cisco's VPN client for connecting to work. The option "Stateful Firewall (Always On)" was turned on in the client and that impact Windows XP even when I wasn't using the VPN client.
