Don't forget there's an economic side to it, too. Commerce isn't fair, either. Some countries (and their colonies) have more resources than others.

I agree, Dan. I always set Asian maps when I practice. There is always a herd, usually berries and a fair mine or two. Plus the damn animals near the TC don't run. That is so handy.
