Re: Signatures / Avatars anyone?
If I have to quote something in my sig, I'll just rotate a few Groucho Marx quotes...starting now.
positive it was recorded, it must bump the record number rather than add on, lemmie fix
Yes, when you record, the most recent game is always "record1.age3yrec". Seems stupid to me, but that's the way they do it.
yea, what i mean is basically advice against the computer could be like "wall up, build max towers, mass army in industrial, win" but that wouldn't work vs anybody with a pulse and an IQ above 70.
You've never played with/against me then...

Re: To the Minnesotan(s)...a question
The school district I live in used 2 hazard days this week. THey only get 5 for the year. It's not even Christmas break yet. OOops I mean "winter break" (my daughter goes to Catholic school, so we have different "rules" than the public SD)

To the Minnesotan(s)...a question
Do they close schools for 2 inches of snow in Minnesota? Here in Ohio, where snow is no stranger, school has now been closed TWICE this week due to less than 4 inches of snow.
You'd think by 2007, they'd be ready for snow in Ohio.

Re: Goals Thread
I want to play team game and feel like I actually contribute something other than my units as sacrificial xp to the enemy.
Seriously, anytime I play with clan members in a team game, I feel like the "dead weight" that my teammates are constantly forced to carry.

Re: Big trouble in little Bonifay
my pc is almost 5 years old, can play AOE3, but I don't dare get more adventurous than that. BFME2 would not play at all on it. It actually laughed at me "you can't expect me to run on THAT video card....lol n00b". seriously, that's what the game told me

Re: Finally spent the money
I'm upgrading too. For free! A friend of mine (former clanmante Ov3nmitt) just bought the mac-daddy Dell gaming machine because his hard drive was going out on his old machine, and he's going to pass on the old machine shell to me for free. That shell has 1GB PC800 RDRAM and a nice 512MB video card....

I agree, most of it looks good, I don't think Ports have changed that much since it was written.

Re: new minor natives...
Don't forget, if you're playing as a European civ (maybe Iro, Az, and Sioux too -memory fails), you can build Native Embassies to create the new Asian "Natives". Something that I wish the Asian civs had.

Re: Portuguese Survivial Guide
OK. So, that's interesting. Of the 3 decks he showed, only 1 had 300 wood in it - his water deck. Then most of his build orders say ship 300 wood with the first card. huh?
Probably can't play those replays anymore either, after patches, right?
