Welcome Steve. I will require payment before the end of this week unless you want the wrath of the Scotsmen to fall upon you.

Hello, my name is Eric (ESO: DrWho42). I discovered your clan through the excellent work of Cyclohexane's AoE3 reference guides. I have read some of the material on your site and you seem a fine bunch of folks.
I am a mature player; 41 years old, wife, 2 kids, fencing coach at the local university and part-time history teacher. I live in California. I really enjoy AoE3, and I have posted strategy and comments on the "Heaven games" AoE3 site. I have been in a few other clans in the past, but they did silly things or obsessed with PR rankings.
I would be honored to join your fine clan.
Eric

Ok Eric, welcome to the clan. You'll find a bunch of good, mature guys (don't know that I've seen any gals, but we'd take em) here ready and able to play you or with you any time. Very active clan. Add me on friends list and I'll join you for a game. Do you play 1v1's, team games, FFA's?

Welcome Eric!
You'll find the guys here very friendly and active. You shouldn't have any trouble finding a game when you're on. We have a lot of family guys here too.
Cathie, my fiancee, is a teacher as well. She's an English teacher but she's currently working for the County Health Department (Teaching). One of our old members, Lou Harley, was a history teacher in California. He quit playing the Age series about a year ago.
Add our officers to your ESO friends list and they'll do the same. If they see you on they'll send an invite or you can just ask for one.
You can view our officers by visiting our Clan List, then just click the heading "Rank" twice and all the officers will appear at the top. If you scroll all the way to the right you'll see which officers are currently on ESO.
Enjoy your time here and again, welcome.

Thanks for the warm welcome. PR30 in beer drinking....hmm? I don't mind the occasional adult berverage, but I usually play AoE3 sobber. (Maybe that is my problem!)
Big "Dr Who" fan from the old BBC show in the 1970's and 80's. Tom Baker was my favorite, of course. I have seen some of the new series and have been pleasantly suprised. The "42" should be obvious to anyone that has read some Douglas Adams.
Cheers.

Welcome, Pierre, Steve and Eric! Hope you guys have fun here!
I used to watch the old Dr Who when I was very young, I can't really remember much of it but I do remember being scarred of Daleks and slugs that crawl in your ear and take over your brain. I’ve been watching the new series and they are good for a laugh and a bit of fun.

Lol, I remember watching Dr.Who and everytime he was being chased by daleks, I remember always thinking "my god they are so slow...." and "why doesn't he just run up some stairs somewhere?".
As for Tom Baker, great hair!! He was always the best Doctor for me.
I agree that the new series is pretty good also, better than I expected.
