I played some rateds last night. We had one loss against 2 majors (which imo is sort of irrelevant), then went 2-1 against a Brit/Russian combo. I think the loss was due to my partner's insisting that I go hussar as the Dutch... not my forte

Anyway, in the 2 wins I stuck to my general formula of small, highly-efficient armies. I have to post this Age Community link just to show what protected skirms can do in the Kaiser's hands muhahaha :twisted:

Btw, you'll notice that my villie line was pretty irregular. They knocked down my TC TWICE, which delayed my getting to fortress, but I saved all my vils each time and had 4 banks, so military production was not an issue.

Soccer, Soemit and I did a 3v3 today (China-Brits-Germans v. Russians-Iros-Japs). We all made it to fortress and the decisive battle was about to begin. We started pushing them back hard when--BOOM--my graphics card totally fails, leaving me with audio but no visual. I just kept spamming uhlans from a dual stable toward where I remember the last battle was going on, and training vils from 2 TCs. After 2 mins, the other guys said "GG." A Blind Win... too funny.

I BEAT DREW 1v1 FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!! (Admittedly, he was playing Spain and fudged up his Build Order).

But then he kicked my butt in the rematch, so all is settled now :-P Although I must say, I thought things were going well until I realized you had a killer fishboom going :mad:
