I need to figure out how to do this without insane lag. It was not playable.

ye this looked utterly awful and also extremely laggy. there are some nice guides on tl i think of which settings to choose and how to make it look nice.
they say get Xslpit, with that tool justintv will work like a charm. there was some discussion about xsplit costing money soon, don't know if that was introduced yet

First get xsplit for broadcasting. It is free right now

Actually it is very very easy with justin.tv and Xsplit to stream.. may ill stream the high master teamgames with TheTruth anytime soon if my uploadrate allows that. We soon sign up for teamcups again
