It's confirmed to be an April Fool's joke. Apparenty IGN did a similar joke last year where they did a trailer for a Star Wars Themed Zelda Game set in the future.

I imagine if a Zelda movie is ever made it will look a bit better than that "Sci Fi Channel Original" quality movie they posted yesterday.

I would not find that very funny as a joke, lol.

My girlfriend just told me that she was being forced to spend two months this summer at her aunt's house in New Jersey, so I wouldn't see her for most of the summer.

I actually believed her for a little bit, because it's just the sort of thing her mom would do...but then she told me April Fool's and I wasn't particularly surprised, either.
