  what was good and what was bad?

I watched the replay, was a ZvP on Akilon.
First things i noticed it that you don't use a worker to scout, neither do you fly your OL over his base. You didn't even know he'd attack you at 8min and just saw the forward pylon.
I liked your overview of things, what you could have done better is queuing the 2nd queen at the natural right when it is finished.
I don't understand why you went lair so early, was the mutalisk attack planned or a last resort?
You should hotkey your army, you only had 2 groups for your a) queens and b) hatcheries

Instead of going lair I'd have gone for a fast 3rd hatch, I'm sure you can still have enough roaches before his attack hits. A spine crawler or two right at your natural do help alot.
That's all I can say after my first glance over it, after all it was a pretty short game
