It's hard for me to trust Blizzard, they have  proven themselves incompetent many a times.

That is because u can only have one licence of every region on one account. So if u have two EU licences u need two accounts.
And I would not call Blizzard incompetent. Then the whole gaming industry is incompetent. People like to whine alot and blame Blizzard for everything.

There is now an additional region button u will see it only if the password field is not visible.
So if u don't see the region button press the arrow right of ur Login Box
