Rules of the G8 game of March the 25th

Post by Sporting_Lisbon »

Old but Gold - No cards, no batches (only pop 1 unit at a time), no Imperial age, no minutemen and no China. Russia can't use blockhouses. Classic AoE style.

Town Destroyer - Every KO'd TC is worth 4 more points. (A TC KO'd under 10 mins will be worth 12 Points, under 15 is 8 Points and past 15 is 4 Points).

Themes picked by Busch.

Map: Painted Desert

Point System

Winning = 7 Points

Runner-up = 5 Points

Third Place = 3 Points

Fourth Place = 1 Point

Unique Civ = 1 Point

Knocking Someone Out (may be split between two) = 4 Points

Being 2X Teamed (requires enough damage done) = 4 Points

Knocking a TC sub-10Mins = 8 Points

Knocking a TC sub-15 Mins = 4 Points

Revolting = 2 PointsKO’ing,, or Joint KO’ing Someone After Revolting = 6 Points

First to 1000 Points = 2 Points

First to Industrial = 1 Point

First to Trigger a Trade Monopoly = 2 Points

Winning Using a TM (requires at least 5 players to be in play) = 15 Points

Stopping a TM (May be Split) = 2 Points

Wall Spamming = - 6 Points

Last to Age to Colonial = 1 Point

First to KO a TC = 1 Point

Most Units Killed = 1 Point

The point system stops after 1h45 of game play, and points for the first places are atributed based on score. (Thankfully this hasn't happened yet)

(Upgrading the Trade Route when another player controls a TP on the same route = 1 Point not happening, it's Painted Desert)

Please clarify the "no batches".  If I build a rax, can I make 5 muskets at a time?

Revolting is allowed, you still can't ship cards though.
