N3O FP 1.3 for Vanilla uploaded - soon out!

I have finished the coding of FP 1.3 for Vanilla and have uploaded it to Heavengames.com in the Modpacks section. It should be up there in about 24 hours or less. Also, I will be making a small update to fix some more bugs in the TAD version of the N3O patch. Also, I will make the Ottomans have an Infinite Spahi Shipment and an Infinite bombard Shipment. Unfortunately, I will have to remove my modified Random Map files of Great Lakes and Prairie Rivers, since it messes with online compatibility. India will also get +20 Population in Industrial (this need some testing, but should be fine, since artillery got boosted). This stacks with the +20 Population cap from the Colonial Government upgrade.
