N3O Age Of Empires and Starcraft 2 Clan

So i logged on the other day and found that all my bonus pool has disappeared and its also staying at 0.. The day before it disappeared i had 380 points... is this just a bug or should i contact blizz

Also my replays dont seem to be saving ...

What is a bonus pool? and how does it work pls?
