I Haven't encountered anyone cheating in any of my matchups or does this mainly occur in plat/diamond leagues?

I've played about 500 games, and come across maybe 5 games where I suspected hackers -- two of which were super obvious when watching the rec. The other 3 it was a bit debateable. Might have just been luck.
