From Gosugamers
SC2Manager always stick to the line of compatibility, for now, it is the only assistant tool that compatible from 0.20 to 1.0.2 version. Furthermore, SC2Manager has a powerful BN replay analysis system, it could analysis APM curve, action, units, buildings and technology, support cheating in custom game and campaign, like maphack, unlimited resource or supply, fast tech, etc. You can play custom game with Blizzard official AI, but also some great AI made by players which make you can experience some powerful AI. Meanwhile you can switch gateway with SC2Manager which make players from different regions can play on battle net of same region.

Do either of these tools show you the postgame statisics you get to see when you finish a game.
SC2 like every other RTS falls short of AOE3 for post game statistics.

the post game statistics are very bad in sc2. but this tool really makes up for it, it shows alot of stuff. download a replay and open it with sc2gears.
you'll be impressed by what that tool is able to show you^^
it also shows now who the winner is

They are the same and SC2 Manager has more concerning other things like starting the game with another AI etc. The backdraw is the bad translation of SC2 Manager.
I guess i stick with SC2gears since it is for Replays the smoother one.
Those stats are still less than in AOE3 though u have more granular infos concerning build orders in SC2
