Friends list... What to do?
---As you all probably know, we have more clan members than the online friends list allows. How is everyone else handing this?
---I have removed people that haven't played TAD yet, and the inactive members of the clan.

Yeah, it's a problem. I have no answers though. I do exactly what you did. Every time new members join I have to do it again.

Yup, it is the one problem we have. Tonnes of active members, very little space on friends lists. I just remove inactive players. Not much else you can do really unless ES expand the size of the friends list.
Personally I can't see the problem with making it bigger.

I've added all the officers and the members I know so far to give me room to expand it.

Yes, very nice tool. I use this but it's still hassle not having them all on your list at ESO.

I still don't know why they don't enhance the clan page to show who's online and who's not.
Seems like the easiest solution to me, that way you don't even have to worry about adding clanmates to the friends list.

That is the best solution. That way, you can add people to your friends list that are not in your clan and do not need to add anyone there. I have suggested it multiple times on Age Community with no response whatsoever. I think you need to actually cry and whine to get attention there.
There are other good clans out there and it would be nice to easily see when they are online to get some clan wars going. I do not think ES expected clan fan sites to be as popular as they are.
Let's just be thankful we have that problem. About a year ago I remember it was tough to find a clan mate online...

I'll soon have to remove Iamgrunt, Ourk and Naturephoenix from my friendlist if we keep growing so fast
