Little but lame, but okay... (notice the length of games... nothing quite like the old school Jan rush). I jan rushed in 9/10 games and all were GG before 12 minutes! Quicksearch FTPTW!
Managed to get me to page one of the AOE simple ladders! #30 1v1!
Took a screeny since I don't think I will be back there again!

of course the good old jan rush can still work. especially if you can back it up with stagecoach or schooner'ed eco a lil later in the game, if you haven't won yet :-)
my very first game on ESO was against a jan rush and i beat it, so i'm extra proud :-P
edit: poor tuka tasting your wrath

Wow. First game beating a jan rush is indeed impressive. Nice Aaryn!

Well, as far as I remember it never got nerfed in outside fp except for that first balance patch of ES, with 200w tps it's perfectly viable.

it was my very first aoe3 experience, before i went to ESO i asked google for a strat, it spit out the cuirassier crusher (on heavengames).
i should built 2 tps but cuz i didn't know the difference between a native tp and a normal tp, i built native tps and trained the units which saved me, later in fort skirms+ cuirs got him.
the BO was th like, 3cdb, 4cdb700w 2 tps, stable rest houses, go fort, send 8+7 skirms, train cuirs etc.
if in trouble research cdb ups and fight with them, peek-a-bo technique (garrison/ungarrison in TC)
i even found the link to it lol
CUIRASSIER CRUSHER
drew keep on the streak and we might see you as a brigadier soon

Nice, Drew! And don't worry about laming. When you're in this category of players, there is little difference between the words "lame" and "effective strategy considering all relative strengths and weakness."
