Sporting_Lisbon vs Greeny12 @ A-US Quarterfinals

Post by Sporting_Lisbon »

Do you know Greeny12?
That cute old member that was always a pleasure to chat with?

Alright, good ol' Sporting isn't that active anymore but the right thing had to be done here, which was of course steamrolling Greeny.

Famous quotes:

"Omg iro is so lame."
"You're only here because of iro."
"You suck and all you do is lame stuff."

In the first game, after 3-4 minor errors of mine where I lose a good ammount of units early on, Greeny fails majestically in the first battle and loses the game under 10 mins. The map was Saguenay, which is known ofc for the great rushing possibilities (not).

In the second game Greeny learns his lesson and understands that his mission his to turtle and raid. On the other hand I also know that my mission isn't to nuke his town but to choke him off resources. I was quite delighted by noticing he was buying food on a map like Andes.

Full of minor macro/micro errors, the tactics still won me both games :D

enjoy

edit: Iro vs Russia both games, first on Saguenay and then on Andes.

owww that should have been my spot, I wasnt able to complete my games vs greeny because my net kept dying.

he did complain I got lucky in the game I beat him.... there is no luck needed when playing ports in yucatan heh.

Th eguy didn't seem too bad tho, a tad over-enthusiastic and impatient but not unbearable.

great games too, I always enjoy it when civs are used to their full potential, even if its just spamming ashis like back in the day, its the best way to play.

ps: how do I edit previous msgs so I dont have to double post??

You have to create a post with the button and not just use this quick response field. Then you can edit posts.

Omg, It's almost impossible. Greeny had more villies, more resources, better units, and lost the game vs spain in age 2, hah!
