Shenanigins! I've been robbed!

---I was playing a 3v3random game earlier tonight. Our team had all but wrapped the game up and we were chasing down the last guys stray villagers. Then he popped off and said "3v1? Not exactly fair is it?" Followed by "Just thought you should know, you are about to lose". 5 seconds later the game froze up for about 30 secs. Then the kick screen cam up and only showed three players. One guy on my team took like 30 seconds to give his kick vote.
---Later I go and look the game up, and it shows we lost. If you look at the game stats though, it's quite evident we won. Is it worth it to report this guy? And will I ever get this win back?

Did you record the game? If not, did you take a screen shot of him mouthing off?

At the very least report it here N3O Official Pest List so all of us can pest him.

If you have the time, get the game stats HERE and report to

age3.abuse@ensemblestudios.com

It has not happened to me in awhile but it used to a lot.

1. You've been drop-tricked.

2. Ban his ass. Send an email to age3.abuse@ensemblestudios.com or something like that (Look up the exact address on agesanctuary). Anyway, give them the rec game, any screenshots, or even a link to the stats proving that you would have won. Then again, it's ES, so don't expect anything.

3. Pest him.

4. Don't play team games outside the clan. You WILL run into drop-trickers/sore losers/lamers/laggers/trash-talkers, any number of things. It's a game, and games are supposed to be fun. Games are only fun when you're playing with and against decent people.

Come on guys, there are also nice guys out there. I play randomly most of the time (that's why I recruit many player, some stay, some are nice, some are not after a while) and there are many guys that act normal, just a few that don't.

Lord has a point you know, but so does harley lol

i play most of my team games inside the clan, but i do play some with other mates and against other randomers, and i must say that last sunday i met some players that i said yeah add us to friends and we can play, so we got some new mates theree :)

BUT, i do get some players who suddenly lag when we are winning, one notable one was me and a mate were pretty much beaten and i was in his bas ebooming with ports, and he managed to hold them up enough for me to get an army toethe and join in, and from then on we won.....we started on their base and wat do u know, the lag screen appears

overall i must admit that i rarely get players who are not legit and cheat, but there are probrably more at a higher level

I only do 3v3 inside the clan, everyone's nice and it's unrated. Add teamspeak and it's awesome. 3v3 random suxx cause my rate is from 1v1 qs games not from teamgames and therefore guys ranked my lvl are way better at teamgames.. The idea of depending on other teammates that I just don't know to win or lose, not just depending on yourself, also keeps me away from it :p

I'm not even mentioning droptrickers and freeze hackers ^^

Well, I was surprised and disappointed to see his name pop up in your post Macavity, since he's a member of my clan (Gale). Although he's technically a member, he's one of those guys that doesn't seem interested in playing with, or talking to, anyone else in the clan. He has never posted on our Boards and I don't recall ever playing a game with him, or talking with him. I guess my point here is...I simply don't know anything about the guy. On the whole, we have a bunch of good guys who don't tolerate nonsense like drop-tricking, etc. I say "on the whole" because we do have a number of players who we don't really know, and I guess that's another topic for discussion although perhaps a closely related topic. So, this was something we were unaware of and don't condone. I posted this on our Boards, asking for an assessment and recommended course of action. Sorry about your game...our clan should not be involved in that sort of nonsense.

---Thanks for the input all. No I did not record the game, I did not host it. However any game I host, I always record. Funny I've never had a player "drop trick" me in a game I recorded.
---I didn't take a screenshot either, I didn't think it was necessary at the time. I will put him on my pest list and contact ESO as you have recomended.

Thank's for the head up Mac and to Jak's for posting a link here on our forum's. I'd just like it to be known that this will not be tolerated in our clan. Being a Co-founder of the clan I take it personally when someone in the clan is up to no good. I going to try and get his side of the story but like Jak's already noted he's not really a clan active member. But if anyone ever see's one of our clan member's doing thing's they shouldnt just let myself or Jak's know.

Hi Mallot! good to see you here, how's Gale doing lately?
If that player is droptricking boot him, Gale has a good reputation as mature and friendly clan.

Hey, how about a little clan vs clan action? Unrated, for fun of course. I need to add you guys to my friends list so I know when you're on. I have Macabee on my friends list, who used to be in our clan.

I've been hanging around your Boards lately because our Boards have been pretty inactive and I know Mac and Chaos. I hope you don't mind. You guys are clearly a good group and, if you agree, perhaps we could do a little clan vs. clan competition. Might spice things up a bit. Of course, it comes down to whoever's on-line at any given time, but I don't care who shows up, it's all about having a good game and I don't get my knickers all twisted up about it.

Easier said than done, but hope this is something you'd be interesting in. Feel free to add me to your friends list and I'd love to join any games your playing, assuming I'm not qued up in a game.

We had 41 clan members online and playing today. I personally saw 23 at one time during the afternoon.

41? Wow, that's a lotta members playing. I'll add you KingchrisII. I played Kk a few weeks back unrated when he was experimenting with Japan. That was fun and would like to do that again. I played Aztec, but might be playing Souix now :-P

Not sure I'll get on tonight, the Pats are currently playing the Jags. I live in Amherst, NH, so I'm watching with my twin boys...as I'm writing on my laptop. This wireless internet is thing is pretty nice...watching the game, surfing the net...all from the Big Chair. Pats are up 21-14 though and not looking too good for the Jags. I might be a little prejudiced though.
