I'm looking for some good country singers in the same style of 'The Highwaymen' (songs like "last cowboy song, highwaymen, desperados waiting for a train...)
If you can link to some vids thats fine too.

Xiexie! (thx)

I wish I could help, but I'm the wrong guy to ask. We don't listen to much country in New York City 8)

Cash was part of the Highwaymen...mentioned in Chaos' original post.

Cash, Waylon Jennngs, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson were the 4 in that group. The country "supergroup". If you like that, you should like the Waylon & Willie stuff. It's a particular "segment" of country music called "Outlaw Country".

Others in this class of country:
David Allan Coe (He's about as bigoted of a singer as I've ever heard, though)
Merle Haggard
Hank Williams Jr

Then, there's Waylon's wife - Jessi Colter

(I'm an occasional country fan, but I really like some the old stuff)

Sticking with the still-living (I think they are), Merle Haggard, Charlie Pride, Hank Williams Jr., and of course Willie. Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings are exactly what you're looking for, but dead of course. Charlie Rich wrote a lot of their songs and sang some stuff on his own, Roger Miller also wrote some interesting stuff and has a somewhat-similar feel.

Alan Jackson has a bit of old school feel to him even though he's not.

Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be Cowboys is a classic of classics with Waylon & Willie.

Gimme a little time, and I can come up with some more.
