Yeah I got it to work, just had to reinstall the TAD launcher. Not that I needed to as I've played maybe 2 games on the R.E. patch.

Thanks for the VOD. I had difficulty installing the latest version of the fp. I didn't realize that I had to unistall and delete the previous versions. Now I have fewer excuses for not playing on the fp....well other than finding anyone to play with!

Hehe well you don't need to uninstall and delete the previous versions, but it will make 100% sure that it is going to work

BUMP for the people that can't get the fanpatch to work. Hopefully there isn't a new version of the patch launcher and this "build order" still works.

Well the MNbob post was deleted and viper had put MNbob's post into his own and I believe the download product for the TAD patch launcher is different.



This is while I was viewing your VOD trying to follow you step by step, and withing the TAD Patch Launcher Folder, this is what is inside rather than the 2 things that you had.

You had 2 different set ups, while mine comes with an xml file 2 things I dont know and the patch launcher it self rather than installing it, When double clicked it automatically runs the patch launcher.

So this may be the problem with mine >.>


Here is the outcome of when I follow your steps by using the other downloaded product(which is the only one avaiable)....

Yes I did have the AS 1.1a patch in a newly created fan patches folder, I just did not show it here.
