lately since RE did the server maintainance i have been getting stuck on the '' Loading Home Cities'' screen , has anyone else been getting this?

I was able to log in, about 2 hours ago, a friend invited me to a 8 player ffa, we all ended up just doing a FI. Just as I hit age 5, and had gotten the last upgrade for food, wood and coin, and the last for my pikemen and chukonus there was massive lagg and everybody had somebody else come up on the dropp screen, but nobody had the same person, and it got stuck at 1 second left
