Sound cards are cheap as dirt just get a pcie card and that should solve things!

It now works much smoother after a decrease from 61ºC to 48ºC.

thx for the tips Sporting, it seems to have helped me as well!
only downside so far is that I can't boil eggs on my laptop anymore
