working free alternative of fraps

EDIT: I'm not like hallcr, this is not a rick roll, if so you can kick me 
I have tried since yesterday many free versions of screen recorders. Some gave choppy videos, other made my pc lag so much i couldn't play, etc....
i have finaly found a decent one and it's free.

if you don't believe i recorded a random game (where i play sucky) to check the qaulity.
Don't watch the whole game. the video (wegame) host succeeded to make from a 90mb a 190 mb file lol.

this was recorded with the free version of this recorder.
so now anyone whitout fraps can make also their vods

i have chosen a sucky video host
on my pc the 90mb file has a better qaulity.Anyway in a vod you normally speak so the sound (of the game) isn't that important.

yep the file is all way better downloaded rather than using a video host.

Right on man. I'm checking it out right now for file size. Do you know if it compresses the file as it records? Because Fraps says it doesn't have "time"...

ah now it's first saved in a sort cfg file which you have to convert afther your game in a avi, jpg, etc...
Also if you use this one you should higher the frame rate and reolution a bit in capture options for the qaulity .
