What do you want next in the Age of Series. Age of Mythology II or Age of Empires IV. I would guess, Age of Empires IV would be WWI/II which is meh. I personally would prefer AOM 2. I loved AOM:TT, played it for so many years and there weren't that many balance issues. If it could be along the same lines, it would be awesome. Also AOM got me interested in Mythology which is why I aced Vikings last semester
Well I have yet to plahy age of mythology. Mean to play it sometimes since I head it was good. Though my vote has to go to AOE4. That way at somepoint I can yell AIR RAID!!!!! and it will actually be an air raid
it might be in europe or in asia. wars over there in the 1920's. south east asia, with tsunamis. ur booming, and then, water goes into your farms and plantations! NOO!!!!!
I voted for AOE IV, but also would prefer an AOE I or II remake, instead of a WW version (there are enough WWII games out there imho).
Although, if AOE IV does ever come out and the setting is WWI or WWII, I would still play it with huge grins!
Happiness belongs to the self-sufficient. - Aristotle
ya they should make aoe4 during the europian war era and the revolutionary era or the civil war era something before wwi /ii. but would still get it no matter what this is an awsome series from my experiance.

Mythology 2 unless AoE4 is a remake of the original (classical times).
If I wanted to play a game about WWI or WWII there are tons of RTS out there that are in that genre. Frankly, it's not a genre I find particularly exciting considering how much it's been overdone.
Classical times would be much more exciting.
"Why are some people all grasshopper fiddlings, scrappings, all antennae shivering, one big ganglion eternally knotting, slip-knotting, square-knotting themselves? They stoke a furnace all their lives, sweat their lips, shine their ey
AOE 4 would be better, I think. And you could set it in the so-called "Age of Rifles" between 1850 and WWI, thereby avoiding the World Wars. That would still give you bolt-action repeaters, breech-loading artillery, cavalry and early machine guns. Don't forget there was a lot of African imperialism during this period, as well as tension in India and Asia.
