Hi all, I would just like to apologise to those of you trying to access this website today. It seems we had an error for many hours meaning that the wibsite was not accessible. This has now been resloved.
I'm not sure what the problem was but it was a server side issue, not client, so the issue was with our host. They were very quick to respond though, and within 5 minutes of reporting the error they had the site up and running again.

The database server was down or crashed for sure.

I noticed it was done, but came back up very quick.

Here was the reply after it was fixed and I asked them what the error was:

'Hello,

Thank you for the update.

I believe that the issue was due to the fact that there was some left over information for your hosting account in our server. We have managed to clear this information and your website is working properly.

If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Great support though, I reported "site down" at 9:12 and they replied at 9:17 saying it was fixed. I questioned the error at 9:26 and they replied with the above at 9:29.

How good is that????
