No, it's just people who didn't enter their birthday when registering I think, it sets one by default.
edit: Hmm, perhaps not. I jsut checked one of them and their birthday is there...... :?:

LOL, Severe and Cammel are now the same age, and jack85, who I assume was born in 1985, somehow became old beyond his years
