No new maps. ES has made it incredibly difficult to modify existing maps or add new maps that can be used in rated games and earn XP so we had to remove the new maps from the patch.

Downloaded it and it works Went on ESO just to test it and saw quite a few people using it already

(To anyone else running Vista 64 bit, go to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\TAD Patch Launcher then right-click on the "TAD Patch Launcher" and select "Run As Administrator"....worked right off.)
