Thats exactly what we were discussing on ventrilo, they were probably changing ESO servers to MS servers for when ES shut down

You can upload it manually at elo.

I wonder if the server is now on Microsoft if that will sort out all the failed to join games????

LOL, I am on elo now and it has booted so many members out. It has me currently as the sixth best in the clan, overall SP :p
