Yeah I was pleasantly surprised with the newer Dr Who's I was a bit reluctant with watching them at first because remakes/sequels, in general are worse.
There is speculation, of a new Star Trek film(focusing on the early times of the Enterprise) with the role of Scotty going to Simon Pegg, so I am in in 2 minds this will be a good watch, as I think Simon Pegg is a great actor for comedies, but not sure what its going to be like.

Why I'd like to join N3O:
I found out about N3O through Cyclohexane's excellent guides, and N3O seems like just the thing I have been looking for. I'm a husband and a father, so I don't have tons of time for gaming, and I don't know many other gamers. When I do play, I like the idea of playing with a group of people who value fun & sportsmanship over winning and PRs. Also, I've never played 2v2 but it sounds like it would be fun with people you know.
Quick Bio + AOE3 History: I'm 27, live on the east coast of the US, and I test software for a living. I started playing AOE3 about a month ago. I've played ~20 ESO games on vanilla, so I'm starting to get the hang of things. I just installed TWC & TAD today, but haven't played any games online yet. Supposedly my PR on vanilla is ~29, but I don't think that can be accurate. I literally don't even know all the vanilla civs or maps yet! I've also heard that going from vanilla to TAD, you see much tougher competition. I'm looking forward to it!

There are quite a few husbands and fathers here, which I really like about this clan. Were a mixed aged group and we all have a mature respect 4 1 another.
You'll find great team games here with the wide range of skilled players we have you should have no troubles finding a clan mate for 2v2's.
Some of our top players like drew, Sporting_Lisbon and Harley are great about taking the time to help out other members to play better.
So I strongly suggest getting some games in with them for guidance, but we also have other members who also are good players and can help you learn more.
Though as you know we're not fixated on ELO ratings and PR so no worries sit back and enjoy this great clan. :mrgreen:
