Welcome Scott and Jarrod, hope to have a few games with you guys soon, and enjoy it here at N3O! After all that is what we are about, enjoyment and etiquette of the eso world,
MAN that sounds corny
This clan seems to be really booming recently! I like it

Anyway welcome guys!
It ain't corny it's true. Why do you go on ESO? To have FUN. Why be in a clan where if your PR slips they boot you out. This clan rocks. Best I've been in
What's bad is the last clan I was in, I had been an officer for almost my entire duration and the requirements for that kept getting increasing and increasing, first lance, then corp, then serg, then mst sgt. All the people that wanted to be officers were noob bashing. Well, to be honest I started going down that road and didn't like it. I want to actually get better at the game and have fun, not just boost the pr number by playing people that are new to the game and have no idea of strategy...
All good things to hear. I'm glad you guys are here. You have the right attitude and will fit in very well.
Here the requirements for officer are simple. Not easy but simple.
Be nice (generally), be active on ESO, be active on the forums, take part in some clan activities (Ladder, tournaments, RTSL etc etc), be active on the forums (not spam posts but posts that are useful) and gain some trust from the members and officers. A lot of times officers will suggest (in the Officers Only board) that someone be made an officer. If a lot of positive feedback comes in they are usually promoted immediately.
To us, an officer is someone we trust and that can carry our tag with us secure in the knowledge that they will represent us well. We've had guys from other clans that wanted to come in and be made officers immediately. Actually, a few demanded it if they were going to join. We said no way. You have to earn it like the others did. You don't demand respect, you earn it.
Lots of guys/girls have stayed with us until they retire from the game completely. Then, if they start playing again, they often look us up and rejoin. I've heard from many guys that say the only reason they still play is because of N3O. Our members are some of the best guys/girls I've ever met online. I've become friends with quite a few of them and would stick my neck out and stand up for many of them.
I'm proud of the members we have and I probably love it even more than they do when they are successful at something whether it's in the game or in real life.
Sure, there are disagreements occasionally but I've never seen anyone get out-of-hand (cursing, name-calling). Everyone knows it's not tolerated here. If Grunt joined and had a bad attitude it wouldn't matter to me that he was Grunt. I'd boot him and the decision would be a fast one.
I have no respect for nasty people and a lot of respect for those that are friendly. If it's not fun you're not playing and it then becomes work. I don't want to work when I'm supposed to be playing. For some of us the game is an escape from life for a bit so it better be enjoyable.
We're glad you guys are here.
