Welcome jared!

I'm sorry I didn't get to play a game with you yet but firewall problems had to be ironed out first.

Glad to have you here!

First Name - Ron
ESO Name - BashUgood
Why I want to join N3O : Because I'm getting to darn old and I want to join a clan with some morals and good organization helps also.

About me...

My name's Ron..

I'm from USA
31 yrs. old Doh.. I meant 32, Just turned it the 5th ( Though still in denial )
I first started playing during AoK.
How I discovered this game was through my brother around 8 years ago now....
He was into playing Command & Conquer and he was looking for another game somewhat similiar, and I guess AoE caught his eye so then he told me about it and here I am today..

My username was Megalord.. ~ sounds scary aye ;)
Back then I played strictly Death Match since that was the most popular. It took me a few months to get descent.
Then once I became a good player I joined one of the best Xpert clans, CTW = Conqeur The World. ~ CTW_Megalord
Eventually the clan broke apart and then I played mostly AoC solo.
Since there was about 6 yrs. from AoK to AoE3 things got boring with the game and I stopped playing.
I played AoE3 when it first launched and left right before the launch of TWC for personal reasons, so I have no TWC rating.
I saw TAD in a store and I was curious so I did some research on it and I decided to give it a try, and about a week later I bought TWC.

Civs using right now :
French, Japan, China

Hi Ron! Glad to have you here. I guess you found the varification e-mail, did it go to your junk folder? (Sometimes does that). If it did there is another one there for you explaining that the 1st one might have gone there... (doh).

Glad to have you here. I guess you've been with the "Age Of...." series longer than a lot of us. Don't get hung up about your age though, I'm 31 and felt like that.... just talk to a grumpy guy here who goes by the name of CrAz3n. He's about 93 now and will make you feel much better about your age. (heh heh, sorry craz... that just slipped out).

Add some of our officers names to your friends list, and we'll add you to ours. Give us a whisper on ESO and we'll send you an invite.

Welcome Ron. Just add our officers to your friends list and ask for an invite. As they spot this post they'll do the same and invite you when they see you.

We were an AOK:TC clan as well but mostly played ip back then. There were only 15 of us in those days. We've been a clan since 2000-2001.

You'll find our clan pretty mature. We were once an over 20 clan but changed that to allow more mature young guys. If they don't act mature they get the boot.

Welcome!!

By the way craz, I just noticed your quotes there.....

"Any strat that beats me is lame." -CrAz3n

"Quoting yourself is just as bad as speaking about yourself in the third-person." -CrAz3n

LMAO. That's brilliant... I love it! :-P

I said it on the forums to someone and thought... "That's a good quote." Then I looked at it and thought how ridiculous it was to quote myself and added my second quote. I then saw both, realized I had made it even worse and decided to stop before I ended up quoting myself over and over again.

^ Thank you guys..

I appreciate your hostility, opps I mean hospitality.. ;)

I've added most officers and I'll check to see if I missed anyone..
See ya...

BTW.. Don't mind my TAD rating too much. I was playing 1v1 unrated games with someone yesterday and I just noticed he slipped a couple rated games in without me noticing.
I'm not to experienced with TWC and his Iroquis rush killed me...

I seen you're reply at Game Replays to my Guide, you will fit in fine here. I play mostly 1v1 unrated games with clan mates but getting a team game is not hard either.

Be sure check out the website frequently. We recently upgraded and are still in the process of moving over old threads that are worth keeping.

Nav is right ya not-so-young punk! 8O

You'd have to be specific anyway. Here's one definition.

Definition of old: Having or exhibiting the wisdom of age; mature

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it!

I'm seriously considering the purchase of Union Jack toilet paper.

Well, glad to see another person who's played so many of the age games here. The first one I played was the original, but my first game that I played online was actually AoC.'

I'll add you and I'm looking forward to getting in some games with you.
