Welcome Scott and Jarrod, hope to have a few games with you guys soon, and enjoy it here at N3O! After all that is what we are about, enjoyment and etiquette of the eso world, MAN that sounds corny
This clan seems to be really booming recently! I like it :)
Anyway welcome guys!
It ain't corny it's true. Why do you go on ESO? To have FUN. Why be in a clan where if your PR slips they boot you out. This clan rocks. Best I've been in

What's bad is the last clan I was in, I had been an officer for almost my entire duration and the requirements for that kept getting increasing and increasing, first lance, then corp, then serg, then mst sgt. All the people that wanted to be officers were noob bashing. Well, to be honest I started going down that road and didn't like it. I want to actually get better at the game and have fun, not just boost the pr number by playing people that are new to the game and have no idea of strategy...

Welcome to N3O guys! Hope you enjoy being here as much as the rest of us.

That's the great thing about N3O, we have no rating requirements what-so-ever for anything. We play purely for the enjoyment factor. It's fine to be competitive about playing, but if you lose.... so what! It's just a game, if losing winds you up then you are not enjoying it.

All good things to hear. I'm glad you guys are here. You have the right attitude and will fit in very well.

Here the requirements for officer are simple. Not easy but simple.
Be nice (generally), be active on ESO, be active on the forums, take part in some clan activities (Ladder, tournaments, RTSL etc etc), be active on the forums (not spam posts but posts that are useful) and gain some trust from the members and officers. A lot of times officers will suggest (in the Officers Only board) that someone be made an officer. If a lot of positive feedback comes in they are usually promoted immediately.

To us, an officer is someone we trust and that can carry our tag with us secure in the knowledge that they will represent us well. We've had guys from other clans that wanted to come in and be made officers immediately. Actually, a few demanded it if they were going to join. We said no way. You have to earn it like the others did. You don't demand respect, you earn it.

Lots of guys/girls have stayed with us until they retire from the game completely. Then, if they start playing again, they often look us up and rejoin. I've heard from many guys that say the only reason they still play is because of N3O. Our members are some of the best guys/girls I've ever met online. I've become friends with quite a few of them and would stick my neck out and stand up for many of them.

I'm proud of the members we have and I probably love it even more than they do when they are successful at something whether it's in the game or in real life.

Sure, there are disagreements occasionally but I've never seen anyone get out-of-hand (cursing, name-calling). Everyone knows it's not tolerated here. If Grunt joined and had a bad attitude it wouldn't matter to me that he was Grunt. I'd boot him and the decision would be a fast one.

I have no respect for nasty people and a lot of respect for those that are friendly. If it's not fun you're not playing and it then becomes work. I don't want to work when I'm supposed to be playing. For some of us the game is an escape from life for a bit so it better be enjoyable.

We're glad you guys are here.

The words in bold are exactly how I feel. Um, does someone invite us to the clan? Maybe I just need to get home to activate...

Add our officer to your friends list on ESO and ask for an invite. They'll be glad to add you.

Some officers have probably already added you to their friends list so as soon as you get on you may get invited. Right now there are two officers online.

Go to our >>>Clan Members List<<< to find out who are officers are.

You'll see at the top of the second column it says "Rank". Click on Rank twice and the officers will be together at the top of the list. Go to ESO and add them to your friends list. When you see one on just ask for the invite.

Once you are a member on ESO, someone will add you here as well and you'll be able to view the "Members Only" board too.

Soccerman,

Welcome to the clan. I am living proof that you don't need to be a great player to be an officer of this clan!! The improvement I have made is, however, a direct result of members of this clan taking the time to help. The combination of good players, good attitudes, & a great clan site offer every opportunity to get better & have fun.

Good luck!!

First Name - James
ESO Name - Sun_Tzu1
Why I want to join N3O -

I'm from a clan called United Jedi. Although we've been in AOEIII for some time, we were falling beneath that critical mass needed to keep the clan going. We stuck with it, but now think it's best to fold and join better established clans. I'm going to try to get the few members we had to joing N3o.

I've been using CycloHexane's Excel spreadsheets for sometime and have found them really useful for studying. Plus, the clan ethos here seems pretty good.

Welcome to N3O clan James!

Just add our officers to your friends list on ESO and ask for an invite. Some of our officers will do that as well and if they see you on they'll send an invite.

You can visit our N3O Clan List, click twice on "Rank" next to "Name" and you'll have a list of our officers. If you scroll all the way to the right you can see what, if any, officers are currently on ESO.

I just visited United Jedi this morning. I was looking through our stats and noticed visits from that domain.

Again, welcome.
