Well... when you're level 19 Aztec and you beat a level 26 Dutch captain you have to have a little celebration right?

Just trying out some new stuff:

(1) I'm doing the fast age up and playing 700 wd straight away. Doing that seems right at the moment. It's a very flexible card. I can get up combinations of WH, houses, market, or even a farm if there's cattle on the table. Plus, I can use the wood to get the market upgrades.

(2) I'm trying to boom more. Tending to pop out 3 WPs and using them more on fertility dance. Even went up against a Jap player of similar level to me and managed to keep up with him in terms of eco. Making sure I get the early farm upgrades too as well as the market ones if I've got breathing space.

(3) I've just started using single wall segments to see what's on the map. It's finally clicked all you have to do is select it and then double click. I'm finding this gives me the confidence to boom because I know if I see an army coming I've got a lot more time to see it's composition and build a counter army.

Anyway, I won't get to carried away because I've had winning streaks before that have gone bad.

Very nicely done man, though I don't really like the wall strategy, it makes no sense that something that is literally a pile of wood gives you LOS for just 5 wood.. Bit annoying really.
