I've checked all the possible sites and I found out that:

1. The problem is not the firewall;
2. The problem is somewhere in the router but with all this vista crap I don't know how to fix it.

What router, what settings? Was the router changed?

Yes, the router was changed. The internet is wireless, the router is a Thomson ST585 v6. Thanks for the support mate.
