Iro (and sioux) fighting on water maps

There is a good rec right now on Age Sanc that shows the Iros beating the Port water boom. Basically, the Iro spammed canoes and did the water dance to pwn the Ports' fleet, but it took quite a while and the result was not clear until the end. He also kept up pressure on the second (coastal) TC with Tomas... luckily Port did not have CM.

Granted, I haven't played Ports all that much, but this rec made it look like the water dance is the way to go. I think the game is still available at Age Sanc as the "Game of the Week" (Ourk vs. Nedzi on Carolina).
