Allowed file extensions for the board

I suggest to allow the extensions age3rec age3xrec and age3yrec for attachments. Zip is not really a space saver for the recs and people don't make a upload of recs because of this as i have noticed. 36frew prefers still fileden because of this and KK forgot to post the rec of our ladder game or he was frustrated that he couldn'T upload it.
