we played this game just now i chose his civ and still lost! Any feedback would be appreciated!

Ok. I fixed the file name for you.
First things first. Scout the whole map and get hunts back to your tc.
Eco management. At the end of the game you had 2500 wood
You aged almost a full minute before he did, yet never put any pressure on him. Put your FB much closer to his tc.
You stopped making vils. NEVER stop making vils.
No 4 kenya's card?
Maybe someone that plays Aztecs regularly could hive you some hints to deck/military choice.
