good or bad luck?

The good: I played a golf tourney today and on the 16th hole I got a hole in 1 and we neded up winning. The Bad: It was the second hole in one on that hole durring the tourney, so neither of us got a skin. On top of that when you get a hole in one you are supposed to buy everyone drinks, so I ended up with a $170 bar tab. Did I mention out of that I only had 1 drink? Not quite sure the hole in one was worth 170 bucks or not.

Didn't you get any prizes for winning the tourney?
I take it that wasn't your first hole in one? You don't seem to thrilled... I think I'd buy a hole-in-one for $170 just so I could have at least 1!. Tiger Woods has 18... but he's pretty good. :-p

Tiger Woods can afford the round of drinks ;) lol
Nice that you got it though Plop, I'm useless at golf, lost 4 balls in 6/7 holes, gave up after that lol

Its my second one and it was great and all but the whole buying drinks for everyone seems a bit backwards if you ask me. They should buy you one for getting the hole in one.

I got a hole in one a long time ago. I remember it well. I topped the ball off the tee and it scooted off about a foot off the ground dissapearing down the hill. The hole was below sight and I went looking for my ball for about 10 mins. I couldn't find it so dropped one and finshed the hole. When I went to get my dropped ball out of the hole I found my first tee-off ball in the hole as well!

lol. :)
