LOVE Subway. whenever I have worked long enough to get a meal Break I always head over to subway for a five... five dollar... five dollar footlong.
I usually get either the roasted chicken breast or just the chicken breast

Chicken, sushi, turkey, various cooked fish, sometimes steak, whole grain bagels... anything to fuel my workouts and keep the abs intact :-P
It's a high-protein world for me! When I'm Germany, I don't hesitate to wolf down some schnitzel, Bockwurst, Kartoffelsalat and few beers for lunch, though ::/
