Thanks for the tip. I've tested it once, and think it is ok, especially since Agra and early Sepoy are nerfed. It's just the after economy which could be essentially powerful. Perhaps 95 wood could work, but this boost is like the hunting dog boost for Portugal - it is a miracle boost, but it makes India quite competitive, especially in a delayed turtle/boom and midgame. The only thing I think I worry about is a 2 Sowar raid around 4:30-4:40 against civs who advance late. But then again, they can be killed.
For Agra:
Maybe Colonial Agra age up should not give a coin crate (this is very strong with it, allowing Gurkha buildup as well)? It seems this would counter an overall economic boost. Maybe add 10-25 seconds to Colonial Agra Fort build time? It needs some testing before anything is done though, as you say.
