You could always try a uhlan semi FF but I don't think that it's very good because the dutch fortress > the german fortress.

Get a rax up, build pikes, ship 700 wood, switch wood settlers to coin, add stable and houses, ship 8xbows and keep building pikes with the rest of the 700 wood and uhlans (sw on gold now). If you can't hurt him enough, age to fortress.
