N3O Age Of Empires and Starcraft 2 Clan

Hmm, I couldn't really classify one civ or another as "decent" on vanilla, but for my part I generally use the Germans, Brits, Spanish and Ports. Vanilla cassadores do some unholy damage to all infantry, which obviously got a big time nerf early in the game's history; it is fun to use them in a vanilla colonial militia FF. I had a nice Port game against a vanilla Otto 1st Lt. the other day in QS.

Whenever I play vanilla I feel I am stepping into a simpler time... no ashis, no sowars, no disciples, no converted treasure guardians and no water dances... and how simple was life with only 20 cards!!

All great reasons for going back every once in a while. Now if we could only get the maps for TWC and TAD in 'nilla...

sadly, i only started playing online with TAD. Ive never played Vanilla or TWC's online, it sounds fun, ill have to try it.

I do need to warn anyone who does QS on TWC, though: Be prepared to fight super-lame Dutchies who get 7 starting vils, 280XP to build a bank and skirms that can kill cav 8O
